Clarification On BOMA BEST Sustainable 4.1 Baseline Practices

To better fit different building management situations, we’ve made some baseline practices available in all questionnaires. This doesn’t mean you’ll have more baseline questions to answer. Depending on how your building is managed (owner/landlord vs. tenant), some baseline practices won’t apply, and you can select the ‘Not Applicable’ option.
