Enhancements to Benchmarking Performance in BOMA BEST Office

When COVID-19 first hit, BOMA Canada issued guidance that all performance benchmarking had to be based on pre-COVID-19 data. Recognizing the importance of ongoing benchmarking and the need for updated data, a new approach will be used moving forward.
