Single Stream Rules

Offer description:

The BOMA BEST Smart Discount offer provides a 20% discount equivalent to the cost of one year’s certification fee for the BOMA BEST Smart Single Stream Certification. This offer is valid for a limited time, from January 1, 2024 to April 15, 2024.

Eligibility:

1. 1. Single-Stream Buildings Only: This offer is exclusively available to single-stream buildings seeking the BOMA BEST Smart certification. This offer does not apply to the BOMA BEST Sustainable certification or and other BOMA program.
   2. One Building per Management Company: Each management company is eligible for this discount offer for only one building during the promotional period.
   3. Exclusion of Light Industrial and Open-Air Retail: Light industrial and open-air retail buildings are not eligible for this discount offer.
   4. This discount offer applies exclusively to buildings in Canada and the United States.

Discount Calculation:

The 20% discount offer will be applied to the 5-year BOMA BEST Single Stream fee.

   2. BOMA BEST Building Certification Program application fees are based on the property’s Gross Floor Area (GFA) or unit count for MURB. 

Promotional Period:

The BOMA BEST Smart Discount Offer is Valid from January 1, 2024, through April 15, 2024.

Application Process:

To take advantage of this discount offer please follow these steps:

1. 1. In Canada: Contact your local BOMA association to express your interest in the BOMA BEST Smart Discount Offer and receive the promo code.  
   2. In United States: Please contact Jimmy Alsberg jalsberg@boma.org
   3. Register your building in the BOMA BEST Hub for the BOMA BEST Smart certification. Enter the promo code on the invoicing tab.  
   4. The 20% discount equivalent to one year’s certification fee will be applied to your final invoice. Get started!

Additional Terms and Conditions

1. 1. This discount is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other BOMA BEST product or service.
   2. BOMA Canada reserves the right to verify the eligibility of applicants and revoke the discount if eligibility criteria are not met.
   3. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions or special offers provided by BOMA Canada or any of the BOMA Locals.
   4. BOMA Canada reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
